Biden

Biden provided us with another doozy on Monday:

"Part of what being a leader does is to instill confidence is to demonstrate what he or she knows what they are talking about and to communicating to people ... this is how we can fix this," Biden said. "When the stock market crashed, Franklin Roosevelt got on the television and didn't just talk about the princes of greed. He said, 'look, here's what happened.'"

Not only Did Roosevelt NOT get on the barely-invented-and-nowhere-near-widespread-use television (estimates put existing TV sets in 1929 between 3 and 4 digit numbers WORLDWIDE), but Roosevelt didn't even run for president until the 1932 election season, more than 2 years AFTER the 1929 crash. As icing on the cake, Biden was talking about how a leader needs to KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT, which he OBVIOUSLY DOESN'T. But the media likes to point out all of Palin's "problems". Did we already forget Biden's plagiarized speech that sunk is own bid for the presidency not that long ago??
